**Our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority, so below are couple frequently asked questions that may help you as you look around our website, and figure out which harness is the best fit for you!**

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship out?

A: If in stock, orders generally take from 48-72 hours to ship out.

Q: How do I know it will fit?

A: Each harness is sized based off of YOUR T-shirt size. In addition to that, harnesses are adjustable in order to accommodate an increase or decrease in body size. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at any time and we will be glad to help in any way.

Q: Am I able to get a refund for my order?

A: YES SIR GEAR produces pieces meant to withstand your lifestyle. In the event of a product issue, YES SIR GEAR will repair or replace the product within 45 days of receipt. Unfortunately at this time, our refund policy can not accommodate delays in shipping. However, we will make every attempt to resolve any issues upon notification. If for any other reason you want to return your gear, reach out to admin@yessirgear.com, and we will help as best as we can.

Q: Do you ship orders internationally?

A: We are able to ship orders internationally. Due to a variation in shipping cost please feel free to contact us through our contact form under the “CONTACT US” page in order to place your order. PLEASE NOTE: when shipping internationally, please allow for extra production/shipping time due to constraints outside of our control.

Q: How can I clean my harness?

A: The safest way to clean your nylon harness is with a rag/washcloth, and a mixture of color safe OXYCLEAN, or a mild detergent. Rinse as soon as you start to see the dirt come off. Then hang to air dry, and VOILA, it’s clean! CAUTION: On any white nylon, use color safe oxyclean for best results. DO NOT WASH IN WASHING MACHINE. DO NOT PLACE IN DRYER.

*Sometimes you just get way too dirty in the sheets. It’s ok we all do it, but not all stains can come off. Click here to check out new gear to replace the old with!
