REPAIR/REFUND/RETURN POLICY
At this time YSG does not offer a return or refund policy due to the nature of each piece being handcrafted custom with limited resale possibilities. YSG does have a 30 day repair policy outlined below.
Your custom YSG harness comes with a 30 day repair policy. If a rivet falls off, or a buckle breaks, or any issue with the production of the harness, contact us so we can send you a shipping label, send it back, we will fix it, and send it straight back to you at no cost to you.
A complete list of production issues may be almost impossible to create but here are some things that would fall under the 30 day repair guarantee policy.
– Scratch in material due to shipping
– Broken hardware due to factory/production failure
– Fading material due to natural wear
And on the other side of things, a complete list of what is not included is also impossible to create but here are somethings that WILL NOT qualify for the 30 day repair:
– Hardware being broken due to improper use of product
– Material being dyed due to user mishandling
– Fading material due to improper storage of product
These are just a few examples and may not cover the entire scope of what can fall under our 30 Repair guarantee policy. In the simplest of terms, if something happens to your product that was due to shipping, handling, pre-ownership etc., then it may qualify. If something happened due to owner misuse/handling of products then your issue may likely not qualify. In the end, it doesn’t hurt to reach out and ask.
YSG has the right to hold or delay products due to availability of materials. If you, the customer, has an event, or occasion that you need the product for specify that in the notes section so we can make every accommodation to try and acquire all materials for your piece(s).
While YSG tries to ensure a speedy turnaround on each order, limitations apply as there is only one person fulfilling every order. Specifically, each order is handmade as they are received. Your order may be queued at number 5 out of 10 orders. Patience is appreciated during busy seasons like, pre-pride, MAL, IML, CLAW, or other festivals that may arise.
